Our San Diego Convention Center Hotel now offers 27 event and meeting spaces ranging in size from 476 to 9,100 square feet—a grand total of four floors of flexible meeting space. Not only have we added more rooms, we’ve improved our existing spaces with floor-to-ceiling upgrades including new carpet, wall coverings, artwork and lighting. Throughout our hotel you’ll enjoy contemporary elements accented by earth tones and natural textures, and this theme has been carried through to our distinguished meeting spaces as well. Many of our rooms invite the outdoors in, with soaring windows that allow for abundant natural light. 

A few highlights of the renovation include three entirely new meeting spaces on the First Floor, including the 1,256 square foot La Jolla Room and the 1,138 square foot Del Mar Room, both of which are perfect for small meetings or breakouts.

On the second floor, you’ll find that our grand California Ballroom is now even more impressive with all-new accents, lighting and rigging capabilities. It is ideal for everything from corporate meetings to social events such as weddings, galas and anniversary parties. The California Ballroom can accommodate up to 900 people for theater-style meetings and more than 1,200 for receptions. Its adjacent 2,900 square foot foyer serves as a wonderful registration or exhibit area.

And if you’re looking for the same level of sophistication in a smaller setting, our newly remodeled Pacifica Boardroom is ideal for small groups and VIPs. It features a beautiful new boardroom table with executive chairs.
